Prom

FCHS Prom 2018 was held off-campus for the
second year in a row at Rent One Park in Marion, IL,
on May 5th at 7pm. There were over 110 students in
attendance that night. Parents, friends, and family
gathered in the stands to watch each and every
couple show off their attire. After all couples walked
onto the field and under the hand-crafted arch, the
prom royalty were crowned; Logan Galli (12) as King,
Morgan Barnett (12) as Queen, Madison Allen (11) as
Prince, and Ragini Jenkins (11) as Princess. Day
turned into night and the Redbird students made
their ways into the event room to dance the night
away. "After Glow" was the theme established for
Prom 2018 and glow sticks were handed out at the
door. When entering the event room, students saw
neon lights all around. Friends laughed, danced, and
ate delicious desserts provided by the prom
committee. The photo booth was enjoyed by all, and
even ran out of ink for the individual pictures! The
FCHS Prom of 2018 lived up to its expectations and
the student attendees had a great time.

patterned suit and tie wa favored by many.
2. Math teacher and Junior class sponsor, Mi s Dean,
proudly crowns Ragini Jenkin (11) as Prom Princess.
Ragini was one of five girl cho en to represent the
Homecoming Court.
